Upcoming Artist | Baron Blickerson

“Baron Blickerson, an emerging new rapper, is all set to take his place on rap’s main stage with his beaming potential. Originating from South Phoenix, Arizona, Baron is an exceptional singer, rapper, and songwriter. He started making them at the age of 13. Baron’s music relates to the pain and anger that he is suffering from. He felt as if he had nothing else to say other than to convey his rage at the world and the pain he was experiencing. On November 17th, 2021, Baron released his first track, which fueled his desire to create music even more. Baron preferred to be alone most of the time when creating music because this is when he comes into sync with himself. He can communicate with his spirit guides and open all the channels that help him be more artistic. It’s difficult for Baron to rap about topics that he doesn’t worry about. As a result, he is the most genuine rising rapper. Baron Blickerson won’t be able to rap about making a lot of money or being the man with all the women because he won’t be confident enough to record the lyrics.
Baron has always been a violent video game and movie fan, as well as having violent ideas or being in violent situations. Thus, we can keep Baron’s middle name as “violence.” Baron makes every effort to avoid pain, but when he is suffering from it, he has a difficult time dealing with it, which is where his creativity comes in. Baron’s rage provides him with the energy to create such great music. From his pain comes the authenticity and passion with which he creates his songs. For Baron, he prefers becoming dreary and reliving tragedy to create something he believes is worth listening to.

Baron was the oldest of five siblings as a child. Being the man of the house at the age of 10 means you can’t go back. He realized that he needed to be mature and keep the house in order while his mother worked long hours. Baron’s mother did everything she could to enhance the comfort and well-being of her children. Baron will always be grateful to his mother for doing the best she could for him. All of their Christmas night celebrations, great Thanksgiving meals, and most importantly, she had a game that Baron still carries to this day that humbles him. Baron moved a lot, like every year, and he had lost track of how many schools he had visited because of it. He has lived throughout Phoenix, but most of his life has been spent in south Phoenix. There was always a lot of hustling and grinding going on, which inspired Baron to work hard in school to give himself all the things that his family could not afford. Since kindergarten, Baron has always been the kid that teachers took a special interest in but who wasn’t the class pet. That’s not to say it’s a bad thing, but teachers always thought there wasn’t anything out there for him. Music, on the other hand, changed Baron’s life. As a child, he enjoyed music because it allowed him to bury the rage, he had carried with him his entire life. He still listens to music to keep the memory buried and prevent it from emerging.
Baron is inspired by his rage and the pain he is endeavoring to heal. Sometimes he thinks that perhaps things would be different; perhaps he wouldn’t have made my mixtape Black Rain if I was wired differently. Yet, his feeding off rage and pain allowed him to create the mixtape he has today. Baron’s firstborn is also a major inspiration for him when it comes to music creation. Baron wants to leave a legacy for his child, and he doesn’t want to leave the world without leaving something great behind for him, so even if he isn’t interested in music, he can use his father’s legacy to support the interests of his firstborn, whom he cherishes.

When the newborn’s mother was out working and Baron was at home caring for his tiny one, the two of them used to listen to music together, including everything from Spanish to drill music. Baron understood what music he loved and didn’t like at that age because if he didn’t mess with the song, he’d cry, and if the song was excellent, he’d be silent. Every time Baron goes out to the studio to record his song, he has a memory that always hits him during his music sessions. He was listening to beats one day and his little one was upset. He did everything he could to make him calm down by changing his diaper, feeding him, burping him, and even rocking him to sleep. Nothing seemed to work out, so Baron said to himself that he was going to take charge now and figure something out on his own to make his baby feel good and relaxed. He’s still wailing, but as soon as a beat starts playing, he stops crying. Baron figures out that it had to be the beat, so he starts laying down the hook, and suddenly he’s in his arms, watching him and listening to his voice. His music calmed his little one down. This memory makes Baron feel like a superstar, and it was a proud moment for any father.

Baron has plans for more music in the future. He is excited to expand his network and establish relationships with not only artists and producers, but also businesses. As a businessman, Baron is all about making connections and showing support for small businesses. There are plenty of talented and amazing people who are brushed aside by the big players, and Baron believes that we all deserve a fair shot at success if we work for any of these businesses, artists, or producers. All Baron wants is to believe in himself at his lowest and support artists like him at their best to let them know that they are going to make it to the top together. We hope Baron receives more love and support in the future so he can produce some new great music. He’s working on some music videos and has plans to release another mixtape if he reaches half a million streams. Baron has brothers that he likes to bring to the music industry, so look for them on a few of his tracks since they’ll be releasing music soon.”
