“Introducing RE$TLE$$, a talented hip-hop rapper from the Bronx who is here to give a new meaning to rap. This young independent rap artist debuted his first single in 2012 and has been unstoppable since. His music can be best described as mainly street hip hop. Raw raps that are lyrically inclined and versatile are the type of music RE$TLE$$ likes to produce. His creative process differs from time to time. RE$TLE$$ enjoys writing raps before going into the studio and having them read aloud. Other days, RE$TLE$$ starts writing the rap and pretty much finishes the record on the spot in the studio.
RE$TLE$$ is a young kid from the Bronx who was incarcerated at the age of fourteen. He did not lose hope yet. He did for almost three years and came home on parole. Upon coming home, RE$TLE$$ decided to dabble in music, and a few years later, he decided to pursue music seriously as a career. Music is a very important aspect of our lives. It has the potential to have a significant impact on us as we grow older. Music is a significant aspect of family identity, serving as a means of conveying family values, traditions, and culture while also strengthening family togetherness. As for RE$TLE$$, he started making music when he was 5.
For his inspiration in music, RE$TLE$$ has a stepfather, C-God, who was in a group called the Bronx Bandits. His love for music grew stronger after having witnessed his stepfather’s success as a musician. Besides RE$TLE$$ loving hip-hop so much, he watched his stepfather C-God’s hustle in the era of cutting demos, shopping it to labels, doing talent shows, and pretty much working hard trying to get signed. He was and continues to be one of RE$TLE$$’s greatest rap influences.
In the future, we can expect RE$TLE to be one of the best upcoming artists in the music industry. As of now, RE$TLE$$ has two mixtapes on Datpiff.
